Matterial-app user for API-access

For the API access to the Matterial app Jochen and I have now created dedicated users for the different areas:

• service.api
• service.blog
• service.faq

To make it clear that the documents will appear on the WebSite when assigning some special groups, I have now named the associated workgroups as follows:

• Web - Api
• Web - Blog
• Web - Faq

The existing group Faq was now also renamed to Web - Faq.
The old Auto-Login user faq@matterial.com, which was used for the old FAQ platform faq.matterial.com, will remain unchanged for now.
